About this role
2.1 Perform a variety of technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist attending anesthesiologists, residents and nurse anesthetists in performing anesthetic procedures for patients ranging from infancy to geriatrics.
2.2 Performs routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies.
- Valid DOH License as Anesthesia Technologist / Technician to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Bachelor's / Diploma in Anesthesia Technology from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Anesthesia Technologist / Technician in a multispecialty hospital facility.
- Valid home country license and registration as an Anesthesia Technologist / Technician.
- Experience in various pain management technique modalities preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in cordial conditions within a group practice in a hospital setting and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Have an excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language skills are advantageous/desirable but not essential.
- Valid Basic Life Support Provider Certification.
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
