Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant.

As the Café Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of food and beverages, managing all aspects of customer service within the Café. This hands-on position includes supervising the team during your shift, ensuring the efficient operation of the Café, from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a comparable role preferred

- Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations

- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation

- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces

- Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying

- Own transport would be advantageous due to the location

- Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management

- Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times

- Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously

Skills We Love

- Experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants required (e.g., making coffee, serving food)

- Experience in hospitality or customer service required
