About the location:
A secluded oasis at the edge of an idyllic lagoon! On the east coast of Mauritius, lapped by turquoise waters perfect for water sports, our relaxing Resort is filled with lush greenery and dramatic views everywhere you turn. About the role

As a Butler, you are the dedicated point of contact in house for our luxury residences guests, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized, seamless experiences throughout their stay. Through discretion, elegance, and attention to detail, you create memorable moments and ensure every stay exceeds expectations.

What you will do

-Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, including dietary requirements, allergies, special occasions, and personal habits, to deliver exceptional and tailored experiences.

-Coordinate every aspect of the guest journey by working closely with all resort departments, ensuring seamless execution of requests, services, and personalized arrangements.

-Conduct villa inspections in coordination with Housekeeping for arrivals, daily servicing, and turndown preparation.

-Take full ownership of and accountability for the assigned residence, always ensuring the highest standards of presentation and guest satisfaction

-Arrange and oversee all guest services, including dining experiences, amenities, laundry, transportation, spa bookings, concierge services, special celebrations, and other bespoke requests.

What you bring

A-levels or college preferred

Previous experience in a similar environment preferred, preferably foreign language skills (Russian, Arabic, German, Chinese)
