About this role
ABA Therapist provides individualized behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. The therapist implements evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a BCBA or other qualified clinical supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention techniques.
- Strong communication, patience, empathy, and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to complete required ABA training and supervision.
Relevant certification, such as RBT, is an advantage where applicable
