Flex-Assignment Cleaning Team Member

Position Overview
Office Pride is seeking a dependable and flexible team member to fill a unique Flex-Assignment Cleaning Team role. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Unlike a traditional fixed-route position, this role combines regularly scheduled shifts with opportunities to cover same-day staffing needs when team members are unavailable. Because of the nature of this position, flexibility and reliability are essential.
What You'll Do
• Perform routine commercial cleaning services at various client locations
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Fill in for scheduled team members when coverage is needed
• Work independently and assist cleaning teams at multiple facilities throughout the week
• Communicate availability and schedule changes timely

Schedule & Availability Expectations (Please read carefully)
• Most shifts are between 2–4 hours per visit
• We will proactively schedule shifts throughout the week whenever possible
• This role may also include same-day callout coverage assignments
• Team members may designate one to two days per week as unavailable
• Additional unavailable days may be accommodated with advance notice when possible
• To be successful in this role, candidates should generally be available to accept assignments throughout the week and weekend

Access to Client Facilities
• Many locations are serviced by cleaning teams, and team members on-site will provide access to the building
• For locations that are serviced independently, Office Pride will provide the necessary access credentials, such as keys, badges, or entry cards

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
