Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator Intern to support our HR Manager in the day-to-day management of Human Resources activities for the GCC, with a particular focus on the UAE.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR within a fast-paced High Jewelry / Luxury environment , supporting both corporate and retail populations.
YOUR MISSIONS :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process. Autonomous recruitment of interns for the team
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Support candidate screening and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure recruitment data and employee information are accurately updated in HR systems (Talent Match, Workday).
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners and contribute to convey a proper Boucheron candidate and newcomer experience.
Emiratization
- Support the HR Manager in monitoring and tracking Emiratization objectives and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to UAE national employees.
- Support the identification and sourcing of UAE national candidates.
- Assist with Emirati recruitment initiatives, events and partnerships with relevant institutions and platforms.
HR Administration & Employee Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal movements, probation, leave and offboarding.
- Assist with HR reporting, data collection and preparation of presentations.
- Support the organization and filing of HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Act as a first point of coordination for routine employee requests and HR-related matters.
HR Projects & Employee Experience
- Support the HR Manager on various HR projects and initiatives across the GCC.
- Contribute to employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Assist with the organization of HR events, workshops, training sessions and internal communications.
- Support the implementation of new HR processes, tools and initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare analysis on HR-related topics when required.
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects and priorities depending on business needs.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field .
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Previous internship or experience in HR, recruitment required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
- Fluent in English ; Arabic would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Interest in the Luxury / Retail industry is a plus.
