The Repair   Tech 1 will perform repair, replace and/or service work of Company products   in accordance with   prescribed procedures .

You’ll   be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

- Read and   comprehend   repair order information and parts schematics .

- Complete the information on the repair order form

- Work involves   locat ing   replacement   products   in accordance with   work instructions.

- Make decisions   in   accordance   to work instructions

- Recognize and report operational irregularities and defective materials.

- Work from parts sheets,   specifications   and   work instructions .

- Under supervision make recommendations as to warranty liability and any unusual repair problems.

- Work is subject   to in - process and final inspection.

- Responsible for quality of work,   safety   and housekeeping in assigned   area .

- Be a Milwaukee Tool culture champion by   handling   tasks as assigned,   including working on different processes and departments as needed.

The TOOLS   you’ll   bring with you:

- Requires an education equivalent to high school diploma or GED

- Must have mechanical skills and diagnostic skills

- High attention to detail

- Basic computer and writing skills

Internal Qualifications

- No final warnings

- No more than 6 attendance points

- Efficiency and Quality goal met for previous 3 months

- Must be in current role for 6+ months

- Must meet all job description requirements.

Physical and Weightlifting Demands:

- Standing for   long periods   of time

- Repetitive motion

- Frequent bending, stooping,   pushing   and pulling of parts and containers

- Able to work in various temperature conditions
