Project and Case Management Analyst

Position Summary:
The Project and Case Management Analyst will be responsible for project managing a portfolio of small to medium-size legal cases, as well as providing assistance to other team members on larger class action cases. Will be responsible for organizing all activities on these cases including conducting independent case research, communications with claims administrators, claims analysis and filings, data analysis and valuations, and audit responses.

This is a hybrid position working onsite in our office 3 days per week.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, preferred OR 2+ years equivalent amount of related work experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Detail oriented and able to assimilate a lot of case information
- Proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), required
- Strong writing skills, proofreading, and attention to detail required
- 1+ year experience with project coordination or management, and analysis of information and data

Key  Responsibilities:

- Research new and existing class action settlements
- Develop and execute project plan for assigned cases
- Oversee marketing and communication activities for assigned cases
- File claims on behalf of clients with claims administrator.  Work with clients and claims administrator to maximize recovery
- Update systems with pertinent updates from research and claims filing activities
- Develop case level valuation model to estimate anticipated recovery
- Handle regular communications with clients, sales organization, and client services about the particulars of assigned cases and case updates
- Actively participate in suggesting, testing, and implementing infrastructure changes and process improvements

Salary Range:
$55,300.00 - $82,900.00

PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate.  In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.  PRA offers paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, and other benefits to assist with the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees.
