Position Summary
You will be a Medical Specialist based in Taiwan, working directly with healthcare professionals and internal teams to support safe, evidence-based patient care. You will share clinical and scientific information, support local medical education, and use customer insight to shape local activities. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with clinicians, pharmacists and other healthcare teams in your territory.
- Provide clear, balanced and evidence-based scientific information to support clinical decision-making.
- Design and deliver medical education and training for healthcare audiences in both face-to-face and virtual formats.
- Gather and use local clinical insight and data to inform medical strategy and local initiatives.
- Work closely with medical affairs, market access and commercial colleagues to plan and deliver compliant, patient-centred activities.
- Maintain accurate records of medical activities and follow regulatory, compliance and pharmacovigilance procedures.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health, life sciences or clinical field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a medical, clinical or medical affairs role within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Functional English for written materials and training.
- Proven ability to engage professionally with clinicians and healthcare teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for activity tracking and reporting.
- Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory. Valid Taiwan driver’s license preferred.
Preferred Qualification
- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MPH, PharmD) or relevant clinical qualification.
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical education, or presenting clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with Taiwan’s healthcare system and hospital or clinic practices.
- Background in preventive medicine, infectious disease, vaccines or specialty care.
- Experience working with pharmacovigilance and regulatory procedures.
- Strong planning and analytical skills to turn local insight into actionable medical activities.
