Position Summary

Credence is seeking a Unaccompanied Alien Children Facilities Triage Specialist to support incident review, case triage, escalation management, and monitoring activities for mission-critical programs. This role is responsible for reviewing incoming incidents, assessing information, coordinating responses, directing matters to the appropriate stakeholders, and supporting timely resolution of issues.

The successful candidate will work closely with program staff, leadership, service providers, and stakeholders to analyze incidents, identify risks, ensure appropriate escalation, and support operational response activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

- Review, assess, and triage incident reports, referrals, and incoming notifications.
- Analyze incident information and determine appropriate routing, prioritization, and escalation actions.
- Monitor incident activity and support timely response and resolution efforts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to incidents, assessments, and response activities.
- Track incident trends, recurring issues, and patterns to support program improvement initiatives.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and briefings related to incident management and triage activities.
- Ensure incidents are escalated appropriately based on established policies and procedures.
- Support monitoring and oversight activities to ensure timely follow-up and closure of incidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incident status, actions taken, and required follow-up.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve triage, escalation, and response processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Public Policy, Emergency Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting incident management, triage operations, case management, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, investigations, emergency response, human services, or related programs.
- Experience reviewing, assessing, and prioritizing incidents, referrals, reports, or case information.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders to support timely response, escalation, and resolution of issues.
- Experience analyzing information, identifying risks, and making recommendations based on established procedures.
- Ability to evaluate complex situations and determine appropriate response or escalation actions.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems related to incidents or case activities.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
