Data Manager Efficiency

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a strategic productivity initiative within a leading pharmaceutical R&D environment. As a Data Manager – Efficiency Engine , you will contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing data workflows, and implementing automation solutions to accelerate project delivery within Research and Translational Medicine activities.

Key Responsabilities :

- Support the deployment and operational management of the Efficiency Engine initiative.
- Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the redesign of Data Management activities and RACI models.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve data capture and processing efficiency.
- Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams.
- Design, calculate, and track performance KPIs and dashboards .
- Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management.
- Experience in scientific data standardization and qualification .
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM technologies .
- Experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, and automation.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and KPI/dashboard development.
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, preclinical research, or translational medicine is preferred.
- Fluent French and English.
