Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission

Important information:

- 3 months Short-Term Assignment (starts on October 2026, ends on January 2027)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

Maintenance & Operations Team

- Access & Monitor Maintenance Cases reported within the EASA Part-145 regulatory framework to TCH.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Airworthiness Operational landscape, including regulatory compliance and fleet Documentation Standards
- Develop an AI- Assisted Operational Knowledge Intelligence System for Aviation Maintenance and Operational Support Design and evaluate an AI-powered operational knowledge intelligence system that supports aviation personnel during troubleshooting, operational investigations and knowledge-intensive tasks.
- The objective is to improve knowledge accessibility and reduce the effort required to locate relevant information while maintaining human oversight. Contextual retrieval of operational knowledge
- Incident-aware knowledge discovery
- Grounded operational assistance
- Intelligent access to maintenance documentation

- Participate in identifying potential efficiencies within Team processes and reporting workflows.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of safety-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with both internal and external teams.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

- Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
- Relevant degree for the area*
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Integrity;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
- Language: English - Advanced level
- Another European language is a plus
