Location: London
Work model: Hybrid – 3–4 days in the office. Full time during probation period
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Introduction:
Are you a commercially focused relationship professional with a passion for building strategic client partnerships and driving long-term growth?
CSC is seeking an experienced Global Relationship Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of global asset managers, multinational corporate clients and financial institutions. This role is responsible for strengthening executive-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring CSC remains a trusted partner across our clients' corporate legal, governance, and business administration needs.
Working closely with sales, operations, product specialists, and senior leadership, you will lead strategic account planning initiatives, uncover client challenges and growth opportunities, and coordinate resources across CSC to deliver valuable solutions and measurable commercial outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship manager or account director looking to manage complex international client relationships in a highly collaborative and growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Act as the primary relationship lead, ensuring clients receive consistent, proactive, and high-quality engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of CSC's strategy, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients and business partners.
• Lead strategic account planning activities to identify client objectives, business challenges, growth opportunities, and long-term partnership strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand CSC services within existing client accounts through cross-selling and solution-led conversations.
• Drive revenue growth and retention across assigned client portfolios by aligning CSC capabilities with client needs.
• Coordinate internal resources across service delivery, operations, product, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant referral partners and non-competing business partners to identify mutual growth opportunities.
• Proactively lead sales and commercial discussions with existing clients, supporting opportunity qualification, proposal development, and solution positioning.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address escalations where required, and ensure issues are resolved effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline information, and client engagement activities within Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Analyse market trends, competitor developments, client priorities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new service propositions, market initiatives, and client engagement strategies.
• Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and strategic account objectives while maintaining strong client advocacy and commercial discipline

What We’re Looking For
• 7-12 years of experience in relationship management, strategic account management, client solutions, business development, or consultative sales within corporate services, financial services, fiduciary services, legal services, professional services, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex client relationships at senior and executive stakeholder levels.
• Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client objectives and business performance requirements.
• Experience leading strategic account planning and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and translate them into practical solutions using a consultative approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse client portfolio.
• Experience working in a matrixed, international organisation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Advanced relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience serving multinational corporations, financial institutions, private capital firms, or regulated entities.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, fund administration, fiduciary services, compliance, or related corporate services.
• Existing network within the corporate services, legal, financial services, or professional services sectors.
• Experience managing global or multi-jurisdictional client relationships.
