I can succeed as a Business & Operations Track Associate at Capital Group.

As a Business & Operations Track Associate, you'll join the Capital Group Rotational Program, a two-year rotational experience designed to provide broad exposure across business operations and enterprise functions. Through three rotational assignments, you'll develop business acumen, strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain firsthand experience supporting the teams and functions that help power one of the world's leading investment management organizations.

The program is designed for individuals interested in understanding how a global business operates and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in business operations, strategy, and enterprise leadership.

What You'll Do

The Business & Operations Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to the people, processes, and functions that support Capital Group's business and long-term success. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:

- Investment Operations: Support trade operations, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and help deliver strong client outcomes

- Investment Enablement: Partner with investment teams on business analysis, project management, operational support, and process improvement initiatives

- Global Business Services: Contribute to enterprise functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities

- Additional Business Functions: Gain exposure to teams that drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and enterprise outcomes across the firm

Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations for stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to support business priorities. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy , a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are analytical, collaborative, and excited to understand how businesses operate and drive organizational success. Successful candidates demonstrate:

- Foundational Excel skills and an interest in quantitative analysis

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent
- Work authorization requirements vary by country. Candidates should have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the applicable country of employment

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
