About this role
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing floor replenishment and inventory. They perform sales transactions, assist with lay-by sales, and execute seasonal VM changes. Additionally, they explain the benefits of having a TFG account and suggest opening an account if the customer doesn't have one.
Education: A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 retail experience.
Additional: Excellent customer service skills
