JOB SUMMARY:
Summary
- The RN in Adult Health Care (Med/Surg) is the basic level of professional nursing practice. The nurse identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Schedule
- Casual position, working various 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Includes day, evening and night shifts along with weekend and holiday shifts
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month
Pay
- Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
- Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
- Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
- Pay range: $43.24 to $65.47 per hour
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include adult and geriatric patients.
