Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Create positive, personalized experiences for customers at every interaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support operational and sales initiatives that drive location performance.
- Act as a customer experience champion by monitoring guest feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service.
- Partner with leadership and team members to create a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operations, sales, hospitality, retail, travel, or related industries.
- Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
