Senior Physical Security Analyst

Overview
• Physical security and compliance security officer, maintains and monitors physical security policies, standards, and best practices
• Abides by Security guidelines relative to security standards to provide safety and security of staff and assets
• Manages Security Control Center Coordinators and security operations.
• Manages and administers physical security functions for company facilities to ensure the safety; security and protection of MasterCard employees and asset
• Recognizes potential and realized security threats and takes reasonable action to mitigate risk or injuries to personnel and or property
• Provides MasterCard Corporate Security Standard Operating Guidelines security supervisors and follows-up to ensure adherence
• Manages Security officers by delegating department projects, tasks and assignments
• Manages Security staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times

Role
• Interaction with employees and guests, provide direction on security policy and visitor directions as needed
• Operational use of security systems
• Trains and supervises Security officers with respect to the execution of established physical security policies, programs and procedures
• Recommends the development and implementation of physical security policies, programs and procedures
• Ensures initiatives align with department goals, and processes/procedures are maintained to meet service and quality standards
• Plans and schedules uniformed security manpower resources for special events
• Acts as point of contact for local emergency service, law enforcement agencies and internal MasterCard departments
• Manages and administers emergency planning/response and incident management/reporting programs
• Develops audit controls to monitor performance of security personnel
• Audits security functions for compliance with service level agreement
• Reviews and resolves Incident Reports
• Responsible for Global Access Control Badge Production
• Compliance with security operating guidelines
• Coordinates/Dispatches emergency responses to all security events
• Ensures proper escalation of any security related issues
• Resolves complex customer service issues
• Physically fit enough to walk building patrols
• Monitors response to access control, fire detection and CCTV systems
• Assist with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement
• Monitors response to access control, fire detection and CCTV systems
• Assist with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement
• Initiates Incident Report investigations and provides detailed reports
• Respond to emergency dispatch, response and mitigation relative to security, fire or EMS response

All About You
• Active Driver’s license
• Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
• BA Degree preferred
• Security, military, law enforcement, firefighting or emergency medical services background preferred
• Represents MasterCard while interacting with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement liaison at State and Local levels
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Formal and ongoing Security Training
• Complex problem solving

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. New York City, New York: $103,000 - $164,000 USD
