About us

We're Camping, a brand storytelling and video agency in Barcelona. We help B2B tech companies go from 'boring' to heartfelt, through brand work and video.

The role

Our biggest client is rolling out a new brand, and we help them bring it to life. Right now that means several projects at the same time: merch and swag, brand guidelines, and the rollout of the new visual identity. We need someone to keep all of it moving until the end of 2026.

You'll work with our designer, our strategists, freelance copywriters and a partner design agency. You won't be the strategist or the designer. You'll be the person who knows where every project stands, spots problems early and runs the calls and feedback rounds with the client.

This is a part-time freelance role. We'll agree the number of days per week with you.

What you'll do

• Plan and run several brand projects at once, from kickoff to final files

• Brief designers, copywriters and our partner agency, and check the work before it goes to the client

• Run client calls, presentations and feedback rounds, then turn the feedback into clear next steps

• Keep timelines, scope and budget up to date in Asana and tell us early when something slips

• Make sure the brand looks and sounds the same on merch, print and digital

• Think a few weeks ahead, so the client hears about the next step before they ask

What we're looking for

• 5+ years as a project or account manager in a branding agency, a design studio or an in-house brand team

• You've managed brand identity work: rebrands, visual identity, guidelines, packaging or merch. You know how designers work and you can give them useful feedback

• You already work freelance, or you want a part-time role. This is not a full-time job

• You're comfortable with a senior client team and you can say no when a request doesn't fit the plan

• Fluent English, written and spoken. All client work happens in English

• You can work in CET hours

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B tech or SaaS brands

• Merch or print production: suppliers, mockups, print files

• You live in Barcelona

You work remotely in CET hours. If you're in Barcelona, you're welcome at our office in Poblenou.
