The Role:
Join our County Supplies team as an Operations Support Assistant and play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of our service, providing excellent customer support and coordinating mailroom, distribution, and administrative activities. You'll ensure customer requests, deliveries, collections, and operational information are processed accurately and efficiently, helping us deliver a reliable service every day.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing enquiries, records, and information accurately.
- Support the timely sorting, distribution, collection, and delivery of mail, parcels and goods.
- Build strong customer relationships, promote our services, and deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Support a positive team culture and adapt to evolving service priorities.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a busy administrative or operational environment, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications
- Able to work independently using initiative while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
