About this role
We are looking for a Digital Delivery Coordinator to coordinate and actively contribute to the delivery of digital products and resources. The role combines project coordination with hands-on execution, including the creation, configuration, upload, testing, publication and maintenance of digital content and products. Working closely with publishing teams, technical specialists and external suppliers, you will help ensure that digital resources are delivered accurately on time and ready for use by customers.

Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of digital products and resources across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Build, configure, upload and maintain digital content and assets across delivery platforms.
- Carry out quality assurance checks and validate digital products prior to release.
- Support the publication and market release of digital products and resources.
- Work closely with editorial, production and technology teams to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and partners throughout the delivery process.
- Track project progress, manage delivery schedules and follow up on actions and dependencies.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain project and delivery documentation.
- Contribute to improving digital delivery processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience working with digital content, platforms or digital product delivery.
- Experience coordinating projects or activities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- C1 level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Project management qualification and/or ELT experience would be an advantage.
