Job Description:
The Position: Project Management Specialist
The Project Manager provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, and co-developing and implementing program initiatives, including performance improvement. They also handle information requests and perform other support functions like preparing correspondence and receiving visitors. The role includes overseeing the Reception, Medical Records, and PPE departments to ensure staffing, staff training, metric tracking, and the completion of all staff evaluations. The Project Manager is also responsible for on-the-job supervision and performance evaluations, recommending advancement, retention, or termination for employees under their supervision.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience preferably in customer service, personnel placement or home care environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good Organizational skills
