Job Description:
As an Industrial Engineering Intern , you will gain hands-on experience while supporting projects that improve how we plan, build, and deliver construction solutions.
You will:
- Gain real-world experience in industrialized construction and manufacturing operations.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals on meaningful projects.
- Learn how engineering principles are applied to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop problem-solving and analytical skills through hands-on project experience.
- Gain exposure to process improvement, data analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, construction operations, supply chain, and project management.
- Learn site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Explore career opportunities within Industrial Engineering and the broader industrial construction industry.
- Translate concepts learned in the classroom into practical, real-world applications.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Interested in pursuing a career in Industrial engineering within the construction or manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Pay Range:
$19.42 - $29.14
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
