Talent Product Specialist, AI Enablement

We have an opportunity for a Talent Product Specialist, AI Enablement to join our Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team in Bangalore , reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Systems . In this pivotal role, you will own assigned workstreams within Infoblox’s AI Enablement roadmap and translate them into practical, engaging experiences that help Bloxers apply AI to real work. Collaborating closely with the AI Enablement product owner, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partners, IT, functional leaders, AI champions, and subject-matter experts, you will design and facilitate experiences that build capability, confidence, judgment, and adoption across global audiences.

Although AI Enablement will be your primary product line, you may also facilitate or support experiences across other Talent Product lines, including Leadership, Performance, Growth, and broader Talent initiatives, as business priorities require. This role will extend global coverage across time zones, partner with India-based stakeholders, and adapt enterprise experiences for regional relevance while maintaining a consistent global product experience.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

- Own assigned AI Enablement roadmap workstreams from concept through launch, iteration, and evaluation

- Design and facilitate AI learning labs, workshops, office hours, team sessions, workflow redesign labs, and knowledge-sharing circles

- Enable Bloxers to apply generative AI tools, copilots, agents, enterprise search, and workflow automation to relevant business processes

- Guide participants through hands-on practice, experimentation, reflection, and follow-up while reinforcing responsible use, sound judgment, and appropriate human oversight

- Support individual contributors, people leaders, teams, AI champions, and functional communities across virtual and in-person settings

- Use AI Compass insights, participation data, feedback, and other available analytics to target experiences to audience needs

- Help participants document use cases, experiments, lessons learned, productivity opportunities, and evidence of impact

- Partner with AI champions and “reinventors” to create peer-learning and knowledge-sharing networks

- Collaborate with AI Enablement, IT, HR Business Partners, People Communications, Talent Product colleagues, and functional subject-matter experts

- Partner with India-based and global business teams to understand priority workflows, capability gaps, adoption barriers, and role-specific needs

Be Prepared — What You Bring

- 4+ years of experience designing, delivering, or facilitating learning, enablement, change, employee experience, or capability-building programs

- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in virtual and in-person settings

- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, copilots, agents, enterprise search, workflow automation, or related technologies

- Ability to translate complex or emerging concepts into clear, practical, audience-appropriate experiences

- Strong project and program management skills across multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting as technology and business priorities evolve

- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, subject-matter experts, HR Business Partners, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience using data, feedback, or evaluation methods to improve programs and demonstrate impact

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including facilitator and participant materials

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, learning and development, organizational psychology, education, business, communications, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months:

- Independently design and facilitate multiple AI Enablement experiences for India-based and global audiences

- Deliver at least one roadmap workstream from planning through launch and iteration

- Establish trusted relationships with India-based and global stakeholders across relevant time zones

- Build follow-up practices that capture participant application, experiments, workflow changes, and early evidence of impact

- Contribute reusable facilitator guides, templates, prompts, and experience patterns

- Apply AI tools appropriately to improve content development, audience analysis, reporting, and program operations

- Support at least one experience outside AI Enablement when business priorities require

- Use participant data and feedback to recommend improvements to content, delivery, targeting, and measurement

One Year:

- Be recognized as a trusted facilitator and product contributor within the Talent Product Organization

- Demonstrate evidence of improved AI fluency, application, adoption, or workflow experimentation

- Help scale successful experiences and recommend changes to offerings that are not producing sufficient value

- Contribute meaningfully to the quarterly AI Enablement roadmap and measurement cycle

- Strengthen global coverage and regional adaptation without fragmenting the enterprise product experience

- Expand practical AI enablement patterns across other Talent Product experiences

- Establish repeatable methods for capturing use cases, productivity improvements, lessons learned, and responsible-use practices
