About the Role

7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. (SEDCC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and transportation operations within our distribution network.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Operations, this leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring safety and compliance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service to our stores and customers. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to department managers, oversee daily operations, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

- Lead all warehouse and transportation operations to achieve service, safety, productivity, and quality objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers and their teams.
- Ensure staffing levels and schedules align with operational requirements and business volumes.
- Partner with People Services and Sr. Operations Leadership to support talent development and operational training initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee operational budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, productivity, and customer service metrics.
- Manage warehouse equipment and fleet assets, ensuring proper maintenance, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding operational performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading managers and frontline teams.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and transportation practices.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and reviewing operational financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Occupational Health & Safety training or certification.
- Experience with COR, GDP, and/or Transportation audit requirements.
- Experience leading multi-department distribution centre operations.
