As a Business Process Excellence Expert (m/w/d) , you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our CL Transformation Program. You will ensure that global change management strategies are translated into effective regional actions and that employees and leaders are successfully guided through the transformation journey.

Your Responsibilities:

- Implement the global change management strategy within the region while ensuring compliance with defined standards, methodologies, and governance requirements.

- Adapt global concepts, communication activities, and change plans to regional requirements and local circumstances.

- Identify, analyze, and actively manage relevant stakeholders at regional and local levels.

- Support leaders and sponsors in their role as change leaders through coaching, communication support, and adoption-focused initiatives.

- Conduct and maintain change impact analyses, readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments.

- Plan and execute regional communication activities and support leaders with internal communications.

- Collaborate with training leads to ensure successful enablement of employees, super users, and leaders.

- Identify and address resistance, adoption risks, and local challenges throughout the transformation.

- Closely integrate change management activities into project plans, testing phases, go-live activities, and hypercare phases.

- Monitor change progress, training status, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics, while providing regular reporting to regional and global governance bodies.

- Ensure the sustainable adoption and embedding of new processes and ways of working following go-live.

- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change management approaches for future rollouts.

Your Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, Business Readiness, or Adoption Management.

- Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally involving digital transformation initiatives, ERP/WMS implementations, operating model changes, or process standardization projects.

- Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies and frameworks; Prosci ADKAR® certification or a comparable qualification is considered an advantage.

- Experience in translating global strategies into regional and local execution.

- Extensive experience working within international and matrix organizations.

- Strong capability in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.

- Experience supporting leaders and employees through organizational change.

- Ability to successfully integrate change management activities into project and program structures.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
