Delphi Care Solutions are delighted to be supporting an exciting new children's residential provider in the appointment of their founding Registered Manager.

The home, located in Sheldon, Birmingham, will support up to three young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) within a spacious four-bedroom setting designed to provide a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment.

For the right person, this is far more than a Registered Manager position. It is an opportunity to build a service, influence future growth, and play a pivotal role in the development of an ambitious provider with long-term aspirations.

The Opportunity

As the founding Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the home through registration, recruitment, mobilisation, and ultimately occupancy.

You will have the autonomy to build your team, implement high standards from the outset, and create a culture centred around positive outcomes for children and young people.

Working closely with the Responsible Individual, you will receive support while maintaining the freedom to lead the service as your own.

We're Interested in Speaking to Managers Who Can Demonstrate:

- Previous success within children's residential care.
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
- Experience supporting children with EBD and/or Learning Disabilities.
- Leadership experience at Deputy or Registered Manager level.
- A passion for achieving exceptional outcomes for children.
- Confidence developing teams and driving service quality.
- Experience contributing towards or achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

What's on Offer?

£55,000 - £60,000 salary

OFSTED bonus scheme:

5% of base salary for a Good rating

7.5% of base salary for an Outstanding rating
