Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: 70% field based, 30% office based -Suffolk
Salary: £27,300 per annum

Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a quality officer to join our established team in Suffolk. A quality officer will support via field based working to our clients and care workers in line with CQC requirements.
You will be responsible for :
- Providing supervision and support to our care staff.
- Completing probation reviews and supervisions for our care staff.
- Completing announced and unannounced spot checks.
- To carry out administrative duties related to the role including writing medication records, creating relevant reports.
- Coordinate care staff and offer support
- Part of the out of hours team on a roter basis
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience within the Care sector.
- Must be good at problem solving and like a challenge.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Has a great client-focused passion.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
Our Requirements:
- Able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved. (use of company pool car available for work related tasks)
- Experience working with the Microsoft Packages.
- Have a good understanding of CQC standards
