Logitech for Business is looking for a high energy manager to lead our SMB and Speciality Channels team in the United States. As the Head of SMB & Specialty Channels, you will be responsible for leading a junior channel sales team focused on driving growth across our long tail of partners including resellers, integrators and growth partners. Your primary mission is to mentor and develop these early-career managers into strong, independent leaders. You will ensure excellence in service and partnership and operational excellence. Your internal key partners are: Logitech Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, Central Channels and Alliances, Finance and People & Culture. Your primary customers externally are AV Installers, IT resellers and Integrators.

You will develop the channel business to support Team Workspace & Personal Work Solutions business goals across the United States building the strategy to accelerate sell-in revenues and sell-through  growth. You will take a hands-on “roll your sleeves up” approach to the team to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales and revenue targets.

- Team Development: Mentor and coach early-career managers, fostering their professional growth and helping them evolve into high- performing leaders
- Operational Excellence: Implement robust processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management and activity tracking to ensure predictability in gross revenue, net sales and gross margin.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel development strategy that maximizes Logitech’s opportunities in SMB and longtail segments.
- Hands-on Leadership: Maintain a high degree of personal interaction with the team and business partners, removing obstacles and providing direct support to drive sales performance.
- Relationship Building: Develop new and deepen existing partner relationships leveraging solution providers, alliances, and various sales channels
- Performance Management: Assign regional quotas and drive accountability, ensuring clear communications of roles and expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSM, SE, programs and HQ resources to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
- Ability to create strong stories on own and through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Proven experience as a channel sales manager with a track record of developing sales talent into strong autonomous leaders
- Significant experience leading channel sales teams with P&L responsibility
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and implementing sales process
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation abilities
- Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (e.g. salesforce.com (http://salesforce.com/))
- An influential high energy sales leader who thrives in a hands on environment
- Experience driving change, growth and new business models within a competitive sales environment
- Excellent negotiation skills for customer engagement and stakeholder management
- Experience setting and carrying a sales quota.
- Strong working knowledge of the Logitech channel and alliance partners
- An innovation and transformational mindset. Be willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks

Preferred Qualifications:

- Extensive experience working with managed service providers,resellers, integrators and VARs.
- Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and efficient reporting.
- Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to innovate within a growing business.
- Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
- The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
- Proven ability to scale collaboration and achievement of growth metrics with partners.

Location:

At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-site, or a blend of both. If relocation is required for this position, we will communicate the expected timeline and support offered.

This is a remote position and we are open to candidates the following Metro areas: Chicago Metro; San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Dallas, TX; Doral, FL; South Carolina and Utah. The successful candidate is expected to have access to a major airport hub to support travel.

Travel:

This role requires approximately 25% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Compensation:

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) typically between $ 110,000 and $ 235,000, depending on location and experience.
