- Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring accuracy within Workday.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified talent for manufacturing and operational roles.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events, onboarding activities, and candidate communications.
- Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruiting process guidance.
- Review recruiting activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve candidate flow, process efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and recruiting events to promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and documentation with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday and Phenom preferred.
- Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment and engaging candidates onsite.
