The Coca-Cola Company, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Director, Creative for our Advanced Hydration portfolio of brands for our North America Operating Unit.   This is a unique opportunity for a creative leader who is passionate about building iconic brands through world-class creative work. As a steward of some of the world's most recognized brands, you will shape their voice, tone, aesthetic, and creative expression across every consumer touchpoint.   This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, creative judgment, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. You will work closely with Brand, Digital, Media, Social, Shopper, Design, and Production teams while partnering side-by-side with agency creatives to develop breakthrough ideas and exceptional executions.   Success in this role requires a passion for the craft and an obsession with creative excellence. This is not a role for someone who simply manages the creative process. It is for someone who wants to be in the work, shaping ideas from inception through execution and helping create work that builds brand love and drives business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the creative steward for assigned brands, shaping and protecting their voice, tone, aesthetic, and creative expression.
- Lead creative excellence beyond charter briefs, serving as the key connection between Creative Strategy, Brand teams, and agency partners.
- Collaborate with Category and Brand teams to identify growth opportunities and translate business challenges into inspiring creative opportunities.
- Develop creative strategies and lead creative development across Design, Digital, Media, Social, Shopper, Experiential, and E2E Marketing.
- Develop inspiring creative briefs and actively partner with agency teams throughout the creative journey, from ideation through execution.
- Shape the work, not simply review it, helping elevate creative ambition and unlock breakthrough ideas.
- Build trusted relationships with agency Creative Directors, Executive Creative Directors, Strategists, and Producers, operating as a respected creative peer.
- Lead the development of brand storytelling across communications, content, experiences, shopper marketing, digital platforms, social channels, and emerging touchpoints.
- Champion craft excellence across storytelling, design, content, experiences, production, and execution.
- Lead and influence key creative decisions throughout production, including active participation on set.
- Push internal and agency partners to develop culturally relevant and digital-first experiences that keep our brands at the forefront of culture.
- Integrate and align Brand, Media, Digital, Social, Shopper, Design, and External PArtners to ensure ideas are developed holistically and executed seamlessly.
- Deliver strong creative work for North American initiatives, deeply rooted in culture and that inspires consumers drives growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant creative training required
- 8+ years of creative experience for large scale brands required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead end-to-end creative strategy and execution.
- Exceptional creative judgment and passion for craft across storytelling, content, design, experiences, shopper, digital, social, and emerging channels.
- Proven ability to shape creative work, not simply manage the process.
- Strong understanding of content development, production, and execution, including comfort influencing decisions on set.
- Ability to influence and orchestrate complex cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay Range:
United States: 160,000 - 182,000 USD


Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
