- Risk Management: Identify operational risks, issues, dependencies, and key decision points; escalate concerns promptly to ensure proactive mitigation.

- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations, align priorities, and foster strong collaborative relationships across teams.

- Teamwork: Promote a collaborative team environment by influencing colleagues, supporting teamwork, and motivating cross-functional groups to achieve shared goals.

- Global Experience: International experience preferred, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse markets.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with AI tools, Airtable, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, and Smartsheet to support effective project delivery.

- Certifications: One or more recognized current project management certifications (IAMP, PMP, MPM, CSM, etc.).

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, another business/tech field, or equivalent work experience.

What you need to know

- Program Management: Solid understanding of program management frameworks, governance, and tracking methodologies. PMP certification is helpful but not required.
