Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro Lead Consultant to design and deliver modern digital insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in Producer Engage, Jutro, React, and TypeScript with strong technical leadership and solution design capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro applications.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript .
- Configure Jutro pages, layouts, workflows, themes, and components.
- Integrate digital applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through REST APIs.
- Lead solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD, releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support .
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Own technical delivery and lead multiple initiatives concurrently.

Required Certification
- Guidewire Jutro Associate Certified Developer
Preferred Experience
- P&C Insurance domain experience
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations
- Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production support
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Digital applications
