Compensation
- Earn around $100,000 annually
- Paid on a per-job basis
- Daily rate paid for completed installations
- Full-time teams can earn approximately $2,000 per week working a full schedule
Your Role
As a Bath Installer, you'll install premium acrylic bath systems and help create a positive experience for every customer. You will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects using carpentry and construction skills
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Accurately take measurements and follow installation procedures
- Submit required paperwork and project photos
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in carpentry, bath installation, remodeling, or construction
- Experience with power tools and basic plumbing
- Ability to read measurements and installation plans
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
