About this role
Ironworker Foreman
- Lead and manage a crew of ironworkers, assigning tasks based on skill level and project requirements.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any safety concerns
- Train and mentor less experienced ironworkers
- Proven experience as an ironworker, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and structural assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
