Experienced Cook – Hospital Setting

We are hiring an experienced Cook to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional cooking experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Details
- Pay: $19/hour
- Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Dallas, TX 75390
- Employment: Temp-to-Hire
- Weekend Availability: Required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food service standards
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Prepare food in appropriate portions and maintain quality standards
- Assist with meal service and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Follow special dietary and meal preparation instructions as required
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital food service environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Previous hospital, healthcare, institutional, or large-volume food service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends
