Job mission

The coordinator, High Jewelry Client Role will be responsible for supporting the North American retail teams (U.S. & Canada) with the development of the high-end clientele. By assisting the Sr. Manager of HJ Clients with VIP client research, daily requests, jewelry and watch client strategy, Sponsorship & Gifting, and support with local & international events strategy.

Key Responsibilities

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT / DAILY REQUEST

- Support the boutique NA network in their daily Retail needs: client research & Wealth-X requests.
- Maintain Salesforce Data base: SA reassignments, creating relationships, and merging accounts. Reaching out to HQ for multimarket and client verifications.
- Assist with updating VIP Regional files for client development & activations.

BESPOKE EIP, VVIP & VIP SPONSORSHIPS & GIFTING STRATEGY

- Assist with the bespoke EIP / VVIP & VIP sponsorship initiatives, gather all submissions, update and track results.
- Assists with the daily VIP international boutique tours and appointment requests.
- Assist with the High-End Holiday Gifting: client submission, and PII gathering. Coordinate with HJ Experts for occasions: client submission, evaluation, & PII gathering.

- Assist with the allocation of High Jewelry event books and other arts & culture publications, gather all submissions, ensure PII gathering and oversea distribution to clients, High Jewelry Experts, and boutiques across the network.
- Assist with the HJ Clients Book project: Creating and updating the HJ Archive books & HJ Client books.

Event Strategy & Support

- Assist with the client strategy for local and international HJ & Watch events. Gathering all Regional client data ensuring PII accuracy and keeping track of the project to meet deadlines: client data extraction, client submissions, & multi-market approvals.
- CVIP tool management: Client submission, approvals & client confirmations, PV schedule, and galas.
- Create all client BIOs for events.

- Support the high jewelry team and experience team with on-site events as needed.

WATCH STRATEGY

Watch Strategy (Novelties), & Client Allocations

- Assist with the Watch client submission and allocation strategy. Manage the watch submission form, gather all nominations, and check on multi-market validations.
- Assist with daily watch approval request across the network.

New Special Order Watch Strategy & Approved Projects

- Assist with the NSO Watch Client Allocation strategy. Manage the watch submission form, gather all NSO nominations, check on multi-market validations.
- Assist with client arbitration and client approval communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3 years of related experience is required.
- Previous experience in jewelry industry is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills are required. (Especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Emphasis on detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team is essential.
- Interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Spanish/French or additional languages is a plus.

Hourly Rate: $30-$34
