Join Müller at our Droitwich Dairy and play a key role in delivering high-quality milk products to customers across the UK. We're looking for motivated, proactive team players who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating shift pattern (6am-3pm and 3pm-midnight)
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating production machinery to meet quality and output targets
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Replenishing materials and supporting production processes
- Completing cleaning tasks and first-line maintenance checks
- Contributing ideas to improve performance, safety and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands
- Previous manufacturing or packing experience is beneficial, but not essential
