Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 annually *based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM 8:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PMWednesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Work From Home) Thursday: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.

- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.

- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.

- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.

- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.

- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.

- An active behavioral health licensure in the state of Kentucky ncluding but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, LCADC with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.

- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.

- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week

- Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
