As Senior Manager, FX and Cash Concentration, reporting to the Senior Director of Treasury, you will help execute the company’s foreign exchange risk management program and lead efforts to optimize international cash availability, and concentration to the parent entity.

This is a hybrid role located in either our San Jose, California headquarters or our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina office, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week . At this time, we are not offering relocation or relocation assistance.

## Key Responsibilities

- Execute foreign exchange strategies, including balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs, to mitigate currency risk and support predictable financial outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, forecast, and explain foreign exchange exposures; analyze market trends and hedge performance; and provide clear recommendations and updates to senior leadership
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize international cash availability, repatriation, and concentration by partnering with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Legal, and local finance teams
- Lead project management and coordination efforts to ensure effective execution of cash optimization initiatives across NetApp’s legal entities and concentration of funds to the parent level
- Develop analysis that supports FX hedge decisions, cash concentration opportunities, trapped cash assessments, liquidity planning, and recommendations for senior Treasury leadership
- Position will also play a supporting role in Capital Markets and Investment activities

- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional meetings, drive alignment, and foster engagement across Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Banking, and regional finance stakeholders
- Self-starter who can take initiative and is highly motivated to drive results

## Experience and Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required
- Related professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CTP) are desirable
- 5 or more years of experience in corporate foreign exchange risk management, including exposure analysis, hedge execution, hedge performance review, and interaction with banking counterparties or trading platforms
- Experience managing international legal entity cash optimization, including cash intercompany funding, repatriation planning, local liquidity needs, and coordination with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and banking partners
- Project management experience
- 5 or more years in a corporate Treasury or related banking role
- Advanced technical skills with Bloomberg, Kyriba, FXall, Excel, and PowerPoint are desirable, with an ability to use data, automation, and workflow tools to improve Treasury decision-making and execution
- Mindset to drive automation, improve repeatable processes, and embrace technology, including AI-enabled tools, to increase efficiency, accuracy, and insight across Treasury activities

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 253,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
