About this role
Essential Duties:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish towels, amenities, and other guest supplies.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Respond professionally to guest requests when needed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner.
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the required time.
- Work independently and maintain a professional attitude during overnight hours.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
