The MYHR Specialist provides comprehensive support across all areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Services, and HR Operations. Serving as a primary resource for employees, leaders, candidates, and external partners, this role delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The MYHR Specialist supports daily HR operations, maintains employee records and systems, and contributes to an exceptional employee experience that reflects and promotes UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values.

Hybrid Position: Work is performed onsite 3 days per week and remotely in OH, IN, or KY for 2 days per week.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, customer service, healthcare support, or office experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Previous Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee services, or healthcare administrative experience.
- Experience working with HRIS, or other HR-related software.
- Knowledge of employment practices, benefits administration, and onboarding processes.
- Experience supporting customer service-focused environments and interacting with diverse employee populations.
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the Human Resources profession and/or healthcare industry.
