- Drives vehicles to and from the service lanes
Primary Duties:
- Assists customers in directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintains cleanliness of the shop
- Run any necessary errands required by the service department
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in the auto/diesel field preferred
- Previous experience as a Porter in an auto/diesel dealership preferred
- Must have a clean driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends to achieve their goals
- Must be reliable and able to multi-task
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
