Investment Manager

We are hiring: Investment Manager (Remote or Miami)

EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:

* Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
* GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
* Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market

We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.

Tasks

What you will do:

* Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies
* Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs and institutional allocators
* Support due diligence, investment memos and deal execution
* Represent EPL Capital at industry events and in allocator meetings
* Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth

Requirements

What you bring:

* 7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions
* An established network of family offices or institutional investors
* Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team

Benefits
