Responsibilities
- Shuttle service customers regularly.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Clean the Service drive and Service bays regularly.
- Greet customers on the drive regularly.
- Drive customers' cars through the car wash after being serviced.
- Assist the Service Advisors as needed.
- Park vehicles in assigned areas to maximize use of space and to keep the lot in order.
- Inspect vehicles to detect damage.
- Refill customer waiting areas with water and snacks.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and weekends as needed.
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7a-6p (40-hours a week)
Pay: $19-$20 / hour
