- Establish implementation priorities, milestone plans, resource needs, release schedules, risk management routines, and executive reporting cadences
- Ensure Salesforce capabilities are scalable, reliable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned to the needs of a large, multi-LOB manufacturing enterprise

- Lead rationalization of CRM tools, overlapping capabilities, integrations, data flows, and legacy platform dependencies
- Partner with IT to define architecture, integration standards, platform security, data ownership, system performance, and long-term support models
- Oversee vendor relationships, managed services, implementation partners, contract performance, and platform support expectations
- Lead the Salesforce and CRM Product Management function, including Product Managers aligned to Lines of Business, platform capabilities, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure Product Managers work directly with business stakeholders to build product roadmaps, prioritize features, define user stories, align on release plans, and deliver value through continuous improvement
- Translating commercial strategy and business unit needs into platform capabilities, roadmap priorities, implementation requirements, and measurable outcomes
- Establish consistency in Agile delivery practices, backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, release planning, and lifecycle management
- Balance competing priorities across business units, enterprise initiatives, platform dependencies, budget constraints, and implementation capacity
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs, user feedback, market insights, business value, data, and operational feasibility
- Drive enterprise adoption of Salesforce and CRM capabilities through structured change management, communications, training, leadership alignment, and post-launch support
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations, Business Unit leaders, and Change Champions to ensure users understand why the platform matters, how to use it, and how it improves commercial execution
- Coordinate release communications, training plans, stakeholder updates, feedback loops, and adoption barrier resolution
- Ensure Salesforce and CRM tools are embedded into standard operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, account planning, customer management, forecasting, pricing workflows, and sales management routines
- Build feedback mechanisms to continuously improve usability, workflow alignment, training effectiveness, and data quality
- Lead the commercial CRM data strategy required to support Salesforce implementation, CRM optimization, reporting, AI readiness, automation, and decision intelligence
- Partner with IT, data teams, business stakeholders, and the AI program leadership team to improve commercial data quality, stewardship, governance, ownership, and usability

- Ensure responsible AI governance, security, compliance, data standards, and risk management are incorporated into Salesforce and CRM use cases
- Establish standardized commercial reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions that support leadership visibility and business performance management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Salesforce & CRM Team Leader, Salesforce Product Managers, CRM support resources, and related commercial technology roles
- Establish team structure, role clarity, performance expectations, delivery accountability, and capability development plans
- Build a high-performing organization that can implement Salesforce, maintain existing CRM platforms, support business users, and continuously improve commercial technology capabilities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer-centric thinking, disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and measurable value realization
