Outreach Manager – Behavioral Health

Boca Raton / Palm Beach County, FL | Full-Time | Field-Based + On-Site

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC) are seeking an Outreach Manager to grow referral relationships in the Boca Raton and Palm Beach area. You’ll connect community partners with AWA’s adolescent mental health programs and PRC’s adult substance use and co-occurring mental health programs.

What You’ll Do

- Build relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, treatment providers, and community organizations

- Educate referral partners on both programs and their admissions processes

- Coordinate with Admissions to support timely connections to care

- Attend provider meetings and community events

- Plan territory outreach and document activity in the CRM

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years of behavioral health outreach, business development, or referral relations experience

- Established professional relationships in Boca Raton or Palm Beach County

- Familiarity with adolescent mental health and/or adult substance use treatment

- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

About the Programs: AWA provides mental health PHP and IOP services for adolescents ages 13–17. PRC provides PHP and IOP treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
