General Statement of Job:

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Coordinator, under guidance of GSOC Manager, is responsible for assisting company personnel in all concerns that pertain to safety, customer service and security for corporate locations around the globe. The individual will work in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) environment, monitoring the Operating staffs day to day activities along with client embedded GSOC operations. The GSOC Coordinator is responsible for reducing risk, coordinating incident response across departments, strategically leveraging metrics to enhance the GSOC program, and limiting exposure to liability within SISs Global Safety & Security operations. The GSOC Coordinator will partner with GSOC Management team to develop, implement, and manage security standards, policies, training, and practices in support of the Fusion Center and Fusion Center clients. The scope of this position includes security systems planning, development of training programs, management of local GSOC personnel and third-party vendors, auditing Operator caseload, and overall project management. The GSOC Coordinator reports directly to the GSOC Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

Evaluate existing technical capabilities and systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Guide GSOC leadership growth and management efforts
Supervises day-to-day operations, shift management, and personnel across both our internal corporate GSOC and assigned embedded client SOC locations to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence
Institute sustainable and scalable quality control measures across personnel, process, and technological aspects of department operations
Create measurable reporting processes to include alarm monitoring, incident response, cargo tracking and reporting of performance metrics and other service areas
Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports on all internal personnel issues and complete proper documentation in accordance with SIS requirements
Serve as Corporates primary point of contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluate and report service quality and initiate any necessary corrective action in a timely manner
Analyze, develop, and strengthen processes and procedures; spearhead process development and integration across the greater team. Empower the team to utilize the resources and knowledge necessary to manage incidents and escalations.
Provide back-up, support, and on-call function as needed
Conduct ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks
Follow procedures for managing a variety of incidents, from minor incidents handled at the local level to global crises
Gather and prepare reports on individual and team performance metrics
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Have a Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security
Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding State law, as well as all client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
Must have 2/3-year prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), TOC, or similar
Have experience with security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV, AI Detection.
Have working knowledge and experience using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) in a corporate security or GSOC environment.
Have experience and certification in drone operations and management systems.
Demonstrated understanding of best practices in physical security strategies, principles, standards, policies, and procedures
Have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of database management and internet search; proficiency in MAC OS highly preferred
Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required
Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Possess demonstrated experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion
Be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
Be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm

What we can offer:

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 / annual
