Essential Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
