Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Create and maintain critical path schedules using industry-standard planning software
- Monitor project progress against established baselines and identify potential delays or conflicts
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple trades and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including method statements, progress reports, and as-built records
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones, deliverables, and key decisions
- Generate regular status reports for senior management and clients
- Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and quality standards
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to align project deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and identify planning discrepancies
- Facilitate coordination meetings with all project stakeholders
- Support project managers in resource allocation and procurement planning
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track and manage project changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in planning and documentation for interior fit-out projects
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects of at least 100,000 square feet
- Experience with commercial, corporate, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction processes, trades sequencing, and coordination
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design documentation software
- Competent in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
- Knowledge of local building codes and fit-out regulations
